SoulConsola is offered by an independent developer from Contra Pedemuro, San Biaggio 8, 36100 Vicenza, Italy ([email protected]). Access to the main features requires payment of a one‑time fee via Stripe; you may request a refund within seven days of purchase or if you are extremely unhappy and have not completed at least half of the content. All reflections and journal entries you submit remain your property; by submitting them, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to host, store, reproduce, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service. You may change or delete your account information at any time. Sharing your account is prohibited, and posting hate speech or other prohibited content in any public part of the site is forbidden; we do not monitor private journal data but reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if you abuse the Service or our content. If we suspend your access, we will notify you and allow you to explain; repeated violations will result in termination. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—and we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of SoulConsola, up to the amount you paid. We do not guarantee any specific self‑improvement results. Your use of SoulConsola may involve processing and storage of data on Supabase’s EU servers and AWS’s global infrastructure under applicable data‑protection clauses. We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version with a new “Last updated” date and, if you have an account, by emailing you; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
